• Load and sort dishes according to manufacturer instructions, allowing water to circulate and reach all items.
  • Place larger items on the bottom rack and the cups, glasses and less-soiled items on the top rack.
  • Avoid over-packing to stop your tableware being scratched or chipped.
  • Position utensils with soiled part facing up except sharp knives. Carefully place these horizontally in the upper rack.
  • Ensure long handled utensils don’t obstruct the spray arms.
